Storage of additional components

The integration of additional components into the plastic matrix opens up new possibilities for the targeted modification of material properties. Rubber-like properties can be created by adding elastomer particles, while selected fillers can improve electrical conductivity or strengthen specific mechanical properties.

Simultaneous development

The parallel development of plastic molded parts and tool concepts leads to optimal throughput times and the best possible product performance. The use of advanced simulation software for the finite element method (FEM) and for the analysis of mold filling behavior (mold flow) guarantees the structural integrity of the components and ensures reliable production processes.
