The J\u00c4GER Group produces moulded parts for the nacelle and the drive train, composite parts and sealing profiles for nacelle and spinner fairings as well as flow aids for the production of rotor blades. Our clients benefit from our comprehensive concepts for transport protection as well as the added value of our rubber-metal elements for vibration damping and decoupling of wind turbines. The materials for each project are individually adapted to the existing and expected influences.<\/p>

The basic structure of the plant, consisting of a lattice tower, tubular steel tower or concrete tower, is also included in our development processes. Depending on the speed, rotor surface or tower diameter of the planned plant, the specific material properties must be taken into account from both a technical and an economic point of view. Sound project planning and cost-oriented product selection are therefore essential. Wind turbines and wind power plants can only reach their full performance if all installed parts are optimally matched.<\/p>

Due to our close and trustful cooperation with the manufacturers of wind turbines \u2013 especially with the manufacturers of rotor blades, rotor hubs and rotor shafts as well as turbines and nacelles \u2013 we are very familiar with the challenges of wind energy.
