Waste Water Aeration

The JÄGER Group has been developing and producing wastewater aerators for wastewater treatment plants, both for municipalities and for industry, for 40 years. The aeration system is an essential element in biological wastewater treatment plants. We provide clean water all over the world with our aeration technology for wastewater treatment. Our durable aerators are efficient and reliable in use, the JetFlex® tube diffuser continuously for almost 40 years. What drives us? We use the following membrane materials for the aerators:

Ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) for waste water in municipal sewage treatment plants
Polyurethane (PUR) for use with oily waste water in industry
Silicone rubber (SI) for special industrial plants
Fluoroelastomers (FKM) for special treatment processes

Our JetFlex® products – disc diffusers, tube diffusers and strip diffusers – are suitable for a variety of applications.

Thanks to our expertise within the JÄGER Group, we develop the materials for our aerator membranes ourselves. Our chemists test wastewater-resistant materials made of elastomers and polyurethane in the company’s in-house laboratory.

The disc diffusers and the tube diffusers are available with membranes made of EPDM, silicone, PUR and FKM. Both types of diffusers impress with their low maintenance and quick installation. The product range is completed by our very durable strip diffusers, which allow easy installation on the bottom of the pool floor.
