Waste Water Aeration 

The JÄGER Group has been devel­op­ing and pro­duc­ing waste­water aer­a­tors for waste­water treat­ment plants, both for munic­i­pal­i­ties and for indus­try, for 40 years. The aer­a­tion sys­tem is an essen­tial ele­ment in bio­log­i­cal waste­water treat­ment plants. We pro­vide clean water all over the world with our aer­a­tion tech­nol­o­gy for waste­water treat­ment. Our durable aer­a­tors are effi­cient and reli­able in use, the Jet­Flex® tube dif­fuser con­tin­u­ous­ly for almost 40 years. What dri­ves us? Enabling ener­gy sav­ings, sus­tain­abil­i­ty and reduc­ing costs for plant operators. 
We use the fol­low­ing mem­brane mate­ri­als for the aerators: 
  • Eth­yl­ene-propy­lene-diene rub­ber (EPDM) for waste water in munic­i­pal sewage treat­ment plants
  • Polyurethane (PUR) for use with oily waste water in industry
  • Sil­i­cone rub­ber (SI) for spe­cial indus­tri­al plants
  • Flu­o­ro­elas­tomers (FKM) for spe­cial treat­ment processes

Our Jet­Flex® prod­ucts – disc dif­fusers, tube dif­fusers and strip dif­fusers – are suit­able for a vari­ety of applications.

Thanks to our exper­tise with­in the JÄGER Group, we devel­op the mate­ri­als for our aer­a­tor mem­branes our­selves. Our chemists test waste­water-resis­tant mate­ri­als made of elas­tomers and polyurethane in the company’s in-house laboratory.

The disc dif­fusers and the tube dif­fusers are avail­able with mem­branes made of EPDM, sil­i­cone, PUR and FKM. Both types of dif­fusers impress with their low main­te­nance and quick instal­la­tion. The prod­uct range is com­plet­ed by our very durable strip dif­fusers, which allow easy instal­la­tion on the bot­tom of the pool floor.
