Application process

You will finish school soon and think about your professional future? Six good reasons to decide on the JÄGER Group and thus lay the foundation for a successful future.

1. SEARCH FOR THE PERFECT TRAINING OCCUPATION

In the JÄGER Group we offer both industrial and commercial apprenticeships. By clicking on the training profession, you will find out which tasks the profession involves and which strengths you should bring with you.

2. CREATE YOUR APPLICATION PROFILE

In the section “Vacancies” you will find a link to our applicant portal. Here you can create your profile, enter your data and upload your application. You want to make sure that you haven’t forgotten anything in your application? Then take a look at our tips and tricks for a perfect application.

3. THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT OF THE APPLICATION

After sending your application you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Our tip: If you don’t receive one, check your spam folder in your e-mail inbox or your data in the applicant portal.

4. YOUR INVITATION TO THE FIRST INTERVIEW/SUITABILITY TEST

If your application documents are meaningful, we will gladly invite you to an interview or aptitude test* at one of our locations. In the interview, we would like to get to know you personally and you can get a first impression of us and our company. * exclusively for machine and plant operators

5. YOUR INVITATION FOR THE SECOND INTERVIEW

If you have convinced us during the first interview or aptitude test, you will receive an invitation to the second interview. During a guided tour of our company you will get to know your future working environment and some of your future colleagues. The second interview is similar in content to the first interview, but in a larger group. In the case of our industrial clerks, for example, the management board is also present in addition to the training manager.

6. THE SIGNING OF THE CONTRACT

After a successful second job interview, we will send you your training contract for signing and nothing stands in the way of your career start in the JÄGER Group!
