Waste Water Aeration 

The JÄGER Group has been devel­op­ing and pro­duc­ing waste­water aer­a­tors for munic­i­pal and indus­tri­al waste­water treat­ment plants since the begin­ning of the 1980s, because an impor­tant ele­ment in bio­log­i­cal waste­water treat­ment plants is the aer­a­tion sys­tem. With our aer­a­tion tech­nol­o­gy for waste water treat­ment we pro­vide clean water world­wide. Our aer­a­tors are char­ac­ter­ized by effi­cien­cy, reli­a­bil­i­ty and dura­bil­i­ty. The Jet­Flex® tube aer­a­tor, for exam­ple, has been in con­tin­u­ous oper­a­tion for almost 40 years. Sav­ing ener­gy is also impor­tant to us in order to pro­tect the envi­ron­ment and reduce costs for plant operators. 

We use the fol­low­ing mem­brane mate­ri­als for the aerators: 

Our Jet­Flex® prod­uct port­fo­lio includes disc dif­fuser, tube dif­fuser and strip dif­fuser, which are suit­able for var­i­ous applications. 


We devel­op the mate­ri­als of our aer­a­tor mem­branes our­selves: In our in-house lab­o­ra­to­ry, our chemists test waste­water-resis­tant mate­ri­als made of elas­tomers and polyurethane.

The disc dif­fuser and tube dif­fuser are avail­able with mem­branes made of EPDM, sil­i­cone, PUR, NBR and FKM, option­al­ly with PTFE coat­ings. Both types of dif­fuser con­vince by low main­te­nance and quick instal­la­tion. The prod­uct range is com­plet­ed by our strip dif­fuser made of PVC with a micro-per­fo­rat­ed mem­brane made of PUR. They are char­ac­ter­ized by easy instal­la­tion on the pool floor and a long ser­vice life.
