The JÄGER Group as training company

The JÄGER Group provides training in six different professions at seven locations. We are proud that more than 485 trainees have now successfully completed their training.

Even before the apprenticeship, we try to make it easier for our apprentices to start their training within the framework of an event. At a joint bowling evening, for example, our trainees can get to know each other beforehand and the excitement before the welcoming event on the first day of training is not too much of a surprise. During the first three months of training, our trainees go through various events, such as telephone training, training on the Microsoft Office package or our merchandise management system.

Practical tasks and product training courses alternate at our company. Our specialists pass on their product knowledge to our junior staff in the form of theoretical instruction and production visits. And in our internal lessons, our trainees are intensively and optimally prepared for their final exams.

When supervising our trainees, we attach particular importance to open cooperation and communication at eye level in order to provide individual support and guidance.

Child benefit – financial support during education

You are entitled to child benefit until you reach the age of 25. This entitlement ends only as soon as the said age limit is exceeded or the first vocational training has been successfully completed. In the period between school and training, i.e. between two stages of training, you will receive child benefit for a maximum of four months.

Attractive career design even without studies?

Training in the JÄGER Group creates the basis for the start of a professional career. In our companies, a high degree of practical relevance is conveyed. Thus, our trainees get to know the processes and procedures in an industrial company already during their training and their ability to quickly recognize and understand complex interrelationships is strengthened.

Following the apprenticeship, there is the possibility of further training as part of a course of study or further education. Many courses can also be completed on a part-time basis. We are happy to plan further career opportunities individually with our trainees.
