Dr. Andreas Jäger, President of the Lower Saxony Business Associations (UVN), also took a clear stand for democracy, cohesion and diversity at the Hanover demonstration against right-wing extremism. As a 3rd generation family entrepreneur and head of the Institute of Northern German Business, he emphasized the importance of diversity in companies and warned of the consequences of right-wing extremist ideologies.
In his moving speech, Dr. Andreas Jäger drew attention to the fact that employees who have immigrated to Germany are an integral part of society and that the country’s prosperity cannot be maintained without them. The UVN President emphasized the naturalness of cooperation and diversity for the economy and called for the workforce not to be divided.
