The JÄGER Group as train­ing company

The JÄGER Group pro­vides train­ing in six dif­fer­ent pro­fes­sions at sev­en loca­tions. We are proud that more than 485 trainees have now suc­cess­ful­ly com­plet­ed their training.

Even before the appren­tice­ship, we try to make it eas­i­er for our appren­tices to start their train­ing with­in the frame­work of an event. At a joint bowl­ing evening, for exam­ple, our trainees can get to know each oth­er before­hand and the excite­ment before the wel­com­ing event on the first day of train­ing is not too much of a sur­prise. Dur­ing the first three months of train­ing, our trainees go through var­i­ous events, such as tele­phone train­ing, train­ing on the Microsoft Office pack­age or our mer­chan­dise man­age­ment system.

Prac­ti­cal tasks and prod­uct train­ing cours­es alter­nate at our com­pa­ny. Our spe­cial­ists pass on their prod­uct knowl­edge to our junior staff in the form of the­o­ret­i­cal instruc­tion and pro­duc­tion vis­its. And in our inter­nal lessons, our trainees are inten­sive­ly and opti­mal­ly pre­pared for their final exams.

When super­vis­ing our trainees, we attach par­tic­u­lar impor­tance to open coop­er­a­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tion at eye lev­el in order to pro­vide indi­vid­ual sup­port and guidance.

Child ben­e­fit – finan­cial sup­port dur­ing education 

You are enti­tled to child ben­e­fit until you reach the age of 25. This enti­tle­ment ends only as soon as the said age lim­it is exceed­ed or the first voca­tion­al train­ing has been suc­cess­ful­ly com­plet­ed. In the peri­od between school and train­ing, i.e. between two stages of train­ing, you will receive child ben­e­fit for a max­i­mum of four months.

Attrac­tive career design even with­out studies? 

Train­ing in the JÄGER Group cre­ates the basis for the start of a pro­fes­sion­al career. In our com­pa­nies, a high degree of prac­ti­cal rel­e­vance is con­veyed. Thus, our trainees get to know the process­es and pro­ce­dures in an indus­tri­al com­pa­ny already dur­ing their train­ing and their abil­i­ty to quick­ly rec­og­nize and under­stand com­plex inter­re­la­tion­ships is strengthened.

Fol­low­ing the appren­tice­ship, there is the pos­si­bil­i­ty of fur­ther train­ing as part of a course of study or fur­ther edu­ca­tion. Many cours­es can also be com­plet­ed on a part-time basis. We are hap­py to plan fur­ther career oppor­tu­ni­ties indi­vid­u­al­ly with our trainees.
