Off­shore

Thanks to the com­pre­hen­sive indus­try knowl­edge of our teams, we are very famil­iar with the cur­rent and future chal­lenges of the off­shore indus­try, espe­cial­ly with regard to envi­ron­men­tal issues. We there­fore rely on basalt as a fur­ther cen­tral mate­r­i­al – a nat­ur­al prod­uct with which you as a plant man­u­fac­tur­er can sig­nif­i­cant­ly increase your share of recy­clable mate­r­i­al. Our solu­tions for off­shore plants are con­vinc­ing: the basalt fibre pro­tec­tors and basalt bags.

The pro­tec­tors pre­vent dam­age to the boat land­ings of off­shore wind tur­bines. The pro­tec­tors can be installed pre­ven­tive­ly onshore or sub­se­quent­ly off­shore as a repair solu­tion. The basalt bags, on the oth­er hand, are used to pro­tect cables and pipelines in the off­shore area. Instal­la­tion at sea is sim­ple and low-risk for you, as no divers are required. The mate­r­i­al is not water-sol­u­ble and does not decom­pose naturally.
