Dr. Soltani draws up the last syringe and smiles. He is a bit exhausted, but happy. “I boosted around 140 employees with my team here at JÄGER today,” reports the company doctor. One of them is Daniel Werner, marketing representative at Jäger Gummi und Kunststoff GmbH. He rolls up his sleeve and gets his needle prick. “I’m really glad to have finally received my booster shot — because it is so easy and, because it is the only way to get ahead,” he says.
Another employee is relieved: “For me, the booster vaccination means a piece of freedom again and, at the same time, lived solidarity. A big thank you to JÄGER for organizing the vaccination campaign so quickly and without complications for all employees.”
The JÄGER Group is also there for its customers during the Corona crisis. The group of companies has taken measures worldwide to protect the health of employees and their families as well as customers and suppliers, and at the same time to ensure the ability to deliver.
Company vaccination is a win-win situation for everyone involved: Vaccination of employees ensures greater safety in the company and in production, as the likelihood of infection-related downtime is greatly reduced; employees benefit from better health protection.
“The health and protection of everyone involved in business operations remains JÄGER’s top priority. Our vaccination campaigns for employees also serve as an essential measure to ensure our ability to deliver,” says Dr.-Ing. Andreas Jäger. “I am personally very pleased that we have been able to contribute to greater safety and protection of employees during the pandemic with our company offer. Only vaccination can bring normality back to us permanently,” he is convinced.
Around 140 booster doses were vaccinated on 15.12.2021 for employees of the JÄGER Group and their relatives. The vaccinations were administered in three-minute intervals. “We are very satisfied with the response,” reports Manfred Hiller, Head of Occupational Safety. “We were pleased with the great willingness to vaccinate. I would like to thank everyone involved for the smooth process. It was only thanks to the many helping hands and the dedicated efforts of our company doctor and his team that we were able to implement our vaccination campaign so successfully,” he continues.
JÄGER employees can continue to be vaccinated through their employer. “We will offer further vaccination dates for the next groups in the new year,” says Manfred Hiller.
